Hidden Mickeys of Tomorrowland's Innoventions

Enjoy some music played at Tomorrowland

There is a golden Mickey on one of the murals. If you look carefully, there are also: A Mighty Ducks player, an Anaheim Angel player, an ABC dish, stylized ABC letters, the Monsanto House of the Future, the old bubbletop Monorails, the Moonliner, Space Mountain rockets, and the Disney Magic (the Disney cruise line's first ship).

While waiting on the rotating platform for the doors to open to go inside, there are 3 TV screens above the door that has a screen saver on it. Well, during the screen saver, a cluster of cd's float pass constantly. If you look at the bottom three, they make a hidden Mickey.

On the outside of the Innoventions, on the entertainment section/pod, there are three "Planets" in the shape of the famous Mouse on the upper left hand side of the door.

In the Home Zone, there is a Mickey beany just varely visible inside a slatted basket atop the refridgerator. Atop the refrigerator, there is a 'wicker' basket, or something of the sort, narrow at the bottom, flaring to wider at the top. Since it is made out of little round 'sticks', it doesn't have the best view of the contents, however there is (Or was, last time I checked, and has been for several months) a Mickey beanie toy in there. This is the 'Caged Mickey'. (I think it is an Indiana Jones style explorer Mickey, so he kinda is looking for a way out of the trap, so to speak).

My son noticed this Mickey. It's not in the traditional 3 circle shape but on top of the refridgerator inside of Innoventions there is a basket. Inside the basket there's a little beanie of Mickey.

In the Info Zone, if you look at the grapes in the farm mural, you'll find a cluster of three that are without a doubt a perfectly spaced Mickey.

In the Info Entertainment, if you look at the cluster of grapes on the little guy's hat at the left side of the mural you will find a perfectly Mickey.

While I was watching the demonstration for the new computers in Innoventions, I noticed that on the wall the were pictures of gears that made the head of a Mickey. It's REALLY easy to see.

The gears in the picture are a bit of a stretch to make into an offset hidden Mickey, however, just below it, oriented sideways, are a set of gears that are perfect for a straight hidden Mickey... So I guess you could say there are two there.

In the Internet room when the picture is "The Crimlin," the guy standing next to it has a hat with a Mickey shape on top.

Checkout the hat on the russian in the picture at the knowledge game in Innoventions. The picture is actually St Basil's Cathedral.

There is a hidden Mickey on the film wheel inside Innoventions. Look at the wheel on the room in the begining if you go into technology three of the four circles make a tri-circle Mickey!

In the Innoventions building in the new Compaq computers display, where you can create a card and email it home, you may find a hidden Mickey.

I forget exactly what zone, I think it is Entertainment. You will find balloons in the mural on the wall. To the right, you will see one balloon whose bottom point is hidden, with two perfectly matched balloons peeking out from behind it. This is one that is actually INTENDED to be a Hidden Mickey by the designers.

The new "virtual resort" has some hidden Mickeys on the outside near the central booth. They are projected on the floor and look like computer chips.

This hidden Mickey is in Innoventions on the giant tree. On the giant tree in the middle the satellites on top are in the shape of a hidden Mickey.

I walked right over it! On the second floor of Innoventions there's one on the floor made of grey carpet near the video games.

Go to where the new vidoe game consoles are. Look at the carpet. There is a rather large white circle in the middle of the room. Then look at the two "islands" to the left... under the "islands" there are smaller white circles and when put together with the middle one make an EXACT white carpeted, tri-cricle, hidden Mickey.

If you look stage right to the left of the bookcase facing out there is an abstract painting to the left of the bookcase. In the bottom portion there is a "hidden" mickey.

In the bookcase on the far left of the stage, look for some animation paint containers.

In the Secret Lab exhibit upstairs one can find a book case at the right side of the exhibit. On the bottom shelf is a cardboard trivia card with what looks like two film reels on it in the shape of Mickey.

It is upstairs by the virtual reality machine in the red wires at the base of the car.

Its on the floor at the front of the new GM Sports Vehicle.

On the GM Motors ride there is a GM Display Car. There are many electrical wires running to the car. Under the front of the car there is a blue electrical cord running to it. The cord is wrapped around to form a Hidden Mickey. I asked a Cast Member if it was supposed to be a Hidden Mickey and he said he didn't know what that was BUT he had a "how did she know that" Smirk on his face.

The hidden Mickey is under the "SSC" car in Innoventions. It formed out of a blue cord under the front of the SSC, right next to the front left wheel- when you are in the front of the line (just before you walk to your "Car" look to the left).

I noticed the hidden Mickey in Innoventions GM exhibit has moved from the front of the GM SSC car (with the blue wire) to the rear of the car (with a green wire).

If you look to the rear of the car, the excess slack of the green cable has been curled into the familiar shape!

Disney Interactive

The Disney Interactive area has a whole bunch of Mickey shapes on every video game, on the corners of the frame around the screens.
