There is a Hidden Mickey visible from the railroad just before arriving at the ToonTown station. It is on a dog house that is right next to the right side of the railroad. Across the front of the dog house is the name "Boomer". Underneath the name is a horse shoe, and is positioned directly below the two "O"'s. The horse shoe and the two "O"'s create a perfect hidden Mickey.

At the Toontown train station, it looks like the fountain has a Mickey icon if you look at it from aerial view. The fountain at the other side of Toontown doesn't look as obvious though.
